Introduction (Redux)

Having had this blog for a while, I think an introduction on my part is due. It will also help kick things off (hopefully).

I'm Ludovic and I live in the small country of Switzerland. I've been in the hobby for about seven years now but haven't done much with it. My many attempts to start an army have failed without exception and so I'm pretty much back to square one. In the past, I've tought of starting just about every army, only to pick a handful of models, paint a few, and then get distracted by another army. Very frustrating times and a pretty big waste of money. Now, I'm going to think about it all before investing money into something I won't follow-up on.

I'd say a have a respectable level of painting and I've tried my hand at converting more than once. I'm not very good at using green-stuff, but I'll be trying to improve my skills in that domain and, generally, improve my skills in all of the areas I can.

Onto the functon of this blog for me: I'd like this to be a place where I can showcase the few models I will paint, but I'd also like to share advice that I have recieved and also share my experiences in the hobby. Oh, and I probably will restrict myself to GW models for the moment, but I will probably "branch out" at one time or the other.
